The Localytics dashboard allows you to export certain reports as either a .csv or .pdf file.
Sometimes, after clicking "Export as PDF/CSV," the new window opens, the 4 steps are completed, and the dashboard displays a green message stating that your report has been exported successfully, but the file is not available in your downloads.
In that case, it is likely that your browser's popup blocker prevented the download of your report. You may verify whether that is the case, as well as configure your browser to accept downloads from Localytics, via the address bar – the image below pertains specifically to Google Chrome.
