There can be any number of reasons why you're not receiving an in-app campaign. If this is your first campaign, you'll want to ensure that you have the Android or iOS integration built correctly. If this isn't your first in-app campaign, some things to check include:
- If you're using a custom creative element, is it too large or formatted incorrectly? The maximum file size for a custom in-app creative is 500 KB.
- Is your campaign targeted to a custom audience? There could be a slight delay in segmentation, or you may not qualify into that audience
- Always ensure you have a network connection to either cellular or Wi-Fi
