App Groups allow you to organize multiple apps into a single group so that you can message those apps together. Think of each App Group as a brand. You'd want to group together the iOS and Android versions of the same app into a single App Group. That way you can message them both at the same time with the same Workflow.
There is no limit to the number of apps you can combine into a single App Group.
Creating a New App Group
To create an App Group, head to the Workflows section of your dashboard, and click Go to Workflow Setup in the top corner.
Alternatively, you can head to Settings by clicking the ellipsis at the bottom left of the navigation panel or your Localytics Dashboard, and select Settings. Navigate to App Groups, by selecting App Groups from the top of the page.
Click Create new group and fill in a name.
Then select the Create Group button to head to the next step.
Click Add an app to access the full list of apps you have Marketer access to in Localytics.
You can find your app from within the list, or search by typing its name. Clicking the name of an app will add it to your App Group.
Continue adding apps until you've completed your list. We'll autosave every additional app to the group, so when you've finished adding apps, you're all set!
Click the ellipsis on the right of any App Group to Rename or Delete the group.
