Overview
Your Messaging Dashboard shows you an overview of all of your current and recent messaging campaigns at a high level. We’ll highlight upcoming messages and some high-level stats, and your active messages by channel.
At any time you can change the app you’re viewing by selecting the app name from the dropdown at the top of the page. Find the app by using the search bar or scrolling.
You can also create a new message by clicking the green plus button.
Active Campaigns By Channel
At the top of the Messaging Dashboard we’ll show you how many Active Campaigns you have running, displayed by their separate channels.
Push (Previous 7 Days)
We’ll also show you the total number of push messages you’ve sent in the last 7 days, and the total number of opens. And finally, we’ll give you an estimate of the total percentage of your users who have push enabled.
Message Activity By Channel
Below the Active Campaigns by Channel and your basic Push numbers, you’ll see a chart of Message Activity by Channel. This data is sourced over the previous 7 days.
Hovering over any of the lines will show you the total number of sends or views on the corresponding day. You can also hover over the key at the bottom to isolate a single line of data.
Upcoming Messages
Next to the Message Activity by Channel chart, we’ll highlight your upcoming push messages. You can see the campaign name, the channel (push), and the next send.
Under next send we’ll let you know if the campaign is recurring with the (insert repeat symbol) symbol. If you see a globe, this means the campaign is set to be released in a user’s local timezone. Hovering over any of these symbols will give you a definition.
Finally, you can edit your upcoming messages or check their performance thus far. Click the ellipsis at the end of the chart to access the Edit and Performance buttons.
All Messages
The last thing you’ll see on the Messaging Dashboard is the complete list of all of your messages.
Use the search bar to find a specific campaign, or filter your results by type of message and status. For both type and status you can select more than one option. Export this data by clicking the ellipsis on the right of the menu and select Export to CSV.
Below the Filter by options you’ll see a full list of relevant information regarding your campaigns. Click any of the headers to sort your chart by that list. Here’s an explanation of each:
