Overview
Within your Workflows Campaign Builder, you can view real-time campaign metrics inline as soon as your campaign has been activated. Simply click on the campaign name in your Campaign Management view. As long as the campaign has been activated, you'll be able to see metrics right within the Workflow.
Understanding the Different Metrics
With a quick click, you'll be able to see the number of users currently active in your Workflow and additional metrics. Here's what's you'll be able to view.

The number of users who have entered your workflow based on entry criteria |
Current Users |
The number of users currently in the workflow |
Total Messages Sent |
The total number of messages sent to those who have enabled push or opted-in to receive push messages |
Total Open Rate |
The total number of messages opened/the total number of messages sent |
Event Listener |
Number of users who may still, did, or did not perform an event |
Wait Timer |
Number of users waiting |
Send Push Notification |
Number of messages sent to those who have enabled or opted-in to receive push messages |
Unreachable |
Number of messages that were not sent or sent and not received due issues including: device unreachable due to push disabled, push message delivery system failed to respond (GCM, APNS), payload error |
Exporting Your Data
If at any time you'd like to export your data to a CSV, simply click the download Performance Report at the top of the campaign's page.
