In this course we’ll go over the strategy behind planning a Workflows campaign, starting with how to determine a use case, all the way through the thought process around messaging and execution.
We'll use an abandoned cart campaign as the example to help you envision how to work through a use case and understand the different elements the come into play for a behaviorally triggered campaign. You can apply the principals and best practices from this course to additional use cases outside of abandoned cart or revenue generating campaigns.
